Today I had my wisdom tooth removed. The procedure went so well. I must first say Assistant Dynesha was amazing. She made feel welcome and comforted me. She such a wonderful soul. Dr. Gersten, hands down, the best Oral Surgeon I had. He worked fast and efficient. I did not have any pain. Truly amazing work.

I’m experience was lovely. Dynesha and cesy were great and very comforting and reassuring. Dr Gesten was amazing. Everyone had great bedside manners and made my experience comfortable. I am very please. Actually everyone in the office was very pleasant and welcoming for this to be my first visit. If I had to I would definitely come back.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at this office by Dr. Gersten, and I had a great experience. Dr. Gersten was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took his time to explain everything throughout the procedure, which helped me feel comfortable and at ease. During my second visit, he was assisted by Dynesha, who was friendly, informative, and made sure I understood all of my aftercare instructions. She answered my questions and made me feel confident about my recovery. The front office staff was also welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this office for anyone needing oral surgery.

Everyone in the office is very accommodating and helpful. The young ladies at the front desk explain all the pricing to you if you would like to know what each costs, especially Alana whom I had the pleasure for her to assist me. The doctors and the assistants (Michele) make sure you are very comfortable. They talk with you to see how you are doing throughout the procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gersten, Risa, and Maria! I recently had my bottom right molar and top right wisdom tooth extracted, and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Gersten is incredibly professional, skilled, and compassionate. His bedside manner was outstanding and helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire procedure. What impressed me most was his honesty. He told me that since my other two wisdom teeth aren’t causing any problems, there was no reason to remove them. I truly appreciated that he put my health and well-being first instead of recommending unnecessary treatment. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Risa and Maria were absolutely the sweetest! They were so kind, reassuring, and attentive, and they made me feel safe every step of the way. The entire office is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. I can’t recommend this practice enough. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon and team who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and caring, this is the place to go!
